Most people don’t need more fitness information. They need less confusion.
That’s a big part of why I built Four Pillar Fitness.
In this first episode of the Four Pillar Fitness Insights Podcast, I talk about my shift from a 25-year corporate career into what I think of as Career 2.0, becoming a fitness and nutrition coach.
Once I started working with clients, something became clear very quickly: people weren’t lacking information. They were overwhelmed by it.
Social media, podcasts, fitness trends, and conflicting advice were giving people plenty to think about, but not always a clear path forward.
That’s where the Four Pillars came from:
Strength. Mobility. Nutrition. Recovery.
In this episode, I explain why those four areas matter more as we move through our 40s, 50s, 60s, and beyond, and why fitness should support the life you actually live.
